My novel is about a person, who people think he is a freak. His hair and eyes are purple and stuff like that. But how do you think is he acting? What made people think he is a freak?? I thought about some stuff, but I need more options.

He'd be acting like a freak if he thought he was a freak, or would be hiding from society because he knows he's a freak and he doesn't want others to think of him as 'weird' and 'crazy'. So he'd either act his part, or try to hide what he thinks he is.
Like lets say a girl thinks she is ugly, she'd either wear a paper bag over her head or accept that she is ugly and not ask any boys to the prom or even try to look pretty, because she know's she's ugly.....get my point?
So decide how your character would react to this....would they make jokes, hide, bring it out in the open, get angry about it, what?

Your writing the novel, so really, the way he acts is up to you. He could be a rebel who wants to stand out and causes trouble, or he could be a really shy person who just likes purple. When you are the author, the sky is the limit... :0)

Well, some people think strange unnatural haircolor is freaky in itself. However, I think people who choose this kind of outlandish look for themselves are really looking for attention which somehow they have not received in their younger days and they desperately need it. They will do almost any crazy thing to get attention. That is freakish, but it happens a lot. Maybe your character is really needy of the attention of others, so he would act accordingly. The sky's the limit. He might try to kill himself (but not succeed). He might make a spectacle of himself in just about any venue. You think about it; I am sure you will come up with freakish things he could do.

he talks to himself, he dresses weird , he has a Mohawk, he wears eyeliner. loner. only hangs out with girls
