Don't know exactly but, it appears that girls need the validation. Even married women are the same (generally). I can tell you that you should try to control it. It can be very dangerous in certain situations. Not to mention, if you are in a relationship and you are seeking attention from other men, that will not be good for the relationship.

I don't. The only one I want to get attention from is my BF of 3 years. But it does feel good to be NOTICED. Like I don't mind guys in college looking at me or if they think I'm cute, I kinda like it, but I don't want their attention and don't dress up to get their attention. when you have self esteem, you don't need to dress like a xslutx so guys will look at you, the ones that actually do that...are just straight dummies!

There self esteem is low and they need a guys attention to make them feel better about themselves. The only opinion any girl should be worried about is her own, confident women get men's attention without needing to have it .

Well, for me, I would like if my crush noticed me..I would be thrilled..lol. Sometimes, it just makes a girl feel pretty, for a guy to notice her. Even if some gross guy, you don't like, flirts or compliments you, you can't help but feel flattered, or good about your ouwards appearance. The truth is everyone seeks attention from everyone, it may not be the best thing, but it's natural.

Generally because it makes them feel good about themselves.
Its not just women that have this reaction to insecurity about their appearance. Although I must admit it is more common amongst you girls.

because they think life is better being played, and then when they grow up to try to find a real man they all are taken or can't get past the girls past.
