Definitely "Seinfeld" because it was a contemporary show that wasn't trying to imitate a different time. "That '70 Show" was a totally unrealistic look at the 1970s.

I think both are good Seinfeld was better longer. The first 6 seasons of Seinfeld are some of the best ever written in Tv comedy. The first 3 seasons of that 70's show are really funny but both shows started to slip. It's hard to keep shows comedy shows fresh and funny for more than 3 or 4 seasons.

LOVE "That 70's Show". It is just so funny and you never really know what to expect. Could have just ODed on Seinfeld repeats though!!
