Yes I can, but I find it boring standing in the rain with my mouth open, and the nearest natural spring is 3 miles away. I can't think of any source of liquid other than those that isn't contained by something! even the seas and lakes are in 'natural' containers! If you only mean 'unnatural' containers then you could drink milk straight from a cow or suck an orange! (you didn't say it had to be water)

I know someone who once drank rain water out of a puddle, she was very unwell at the time though

Yes. It is very helpful to be a shark and be surrounded by water 24/7.

every time i go to the mountains when i have to use the open artesian well water trough that we share with the livestock and scoop water with my hands.I'm sorry if that grosses some of you out.
