ok....it is a kid movie and there r a lot of monster and they are all little shorties in the one movie and there is one of the monsters with a hunch back and he sign a sond called earthquake boggy or sumthing like that

...you're not perhaps talking about the ghoulishly fun and delightful 1969 stop-motion animated film, "Mad Monster Party, are you??? It was one of a couple of feature films done by the Rankin/Bass company, the folks who did all those classic stop motion animated puppet holiday specials, like "Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "The Year Without a Santa Claus"...
...anyways, "MMP" told the story of Dr. Frankenstein's latest invention, and expresses his desire to retire; before doing so, he decides to choose a successor to all his secrets, so he invites all the classic monsters, like Dracula, The Wolfman, Frankenstein, The Mummy, and all the rest, to a grand party on his haunted island castle...
