I'm from St. Louis and am considering applying at Costco. I am considering either a stocking position or something in their jewelry department as I have 2 years experience selling jewelry at a major department store. Can anyone help? Also, if anyone knows the hours the overnight stock crew works that would help. Thanks!

I would check their website and or Monster to see if you can come up with a salary comparison. The overnight stock crew is pretty self explanitory. It would probably be something like 10pm to 6am or 12 to 8am. I am sure that they would want the overnight crew out of the store before opening the doors in the morning to the public to shop.

The last time I got information on Costco they started at $10/hr. Some of their departments are leased so you would have to be hired by that company rather than Costco so you may want to check to see how their jewelry department is handled. The overnight stocking crew works from store close till early morning and usually you would have to be able to use a fork lift or pallet jack. They seem to be a good reliable company that promotes from within so this could be a good job opportunity.
