Probably 95% of the time. When I don't, it's usually because my husband and I have had a disagreement earlier. I never can sleep any good then. It makes me think of that old saying by Phyllis Diller: “Never go to bed mad. Stay up and fight.”

A clear conscience AND a valium does it every time! Sleep like a log. Arthritis in my neck makes my muscles go into spasm, Valium stops the spasms. I suppose were I to be really bad, I could do the trick with two valium, but so far, not necessary ...but the day isn't over yet! :-) Peace, Goldwing

We always transfer in ideas, and thoughts are the falsifiers. They're borrowed, no longer your possess. They can not liberate you. Most effective the reality which is your possess can emerge as your liberation. And which you could best come to your possess fact via an extraordinarily silent presence. With any challenge, that fails. Thinking won't clear up the actual problems, but considering can solve unreal problems created via thinking itself – in view that those issues comply with the principles of good judgment. Existence doesn’t follow the foundations of common sense. Lifestyles has its own hidden legal guidelines, and also you can not force good judgment on them. One factor more about this: wherever you bring the intellect, the intellect dissects, analyzes. Reality is one, and mind continuously divides. And you probably have dived a fact, you have falsified it. It is handy to clear our intellect garbage daily simply as we easy ourself daily Do dynamic meditation in most cases

I go to bed every night hoping I have done the fair and honest thing throughout the day. Helping people who needs help, etc. I do my best, but Lord knows, I'm not perfect. If I really screw up, I cannot sleep. We are all going to make mistakes; we have to allow ourselves to be human. Forgiveness has to start with you forgiving yourself...and promising to never to that particular thing again.

I try too. I do pray every night and ask God for forgiveness of my sins. I find that He forgives me quicker than I forgive myself!

I never go to bed angry at my husband! My Mom taught me to never do this and in 35 yrs. of marriage, I haven't. I also try to right any wrong I have caused to another.

So, I suppose that I do. At least, I am trying my best to not carry bad luggage.
