If they find out there was money stored in an offshore account, are they legally entitled to it?

Yes, they are entitled but good luck getting it. Some countries have treaties with the US to disclose American accounts but many others do not. The most popular examples are Switzerland and the Bahamas. Also, if you do not know which bank holds the account it is again impossible to get the money. You can not just go throught the phone book and call every bank and ask they will not give out the information.

Boy where did you come up with this one??

If governments can't find and recover monies from off shore accounts what makes you think Goldman has a chance.

I believe they are legally entitled to it but, getting it out of the account is another matter. I hope they get it all. Nothing could ever be enough to pay for the obscene murder of their son but getting everything that OJ has would be a good thing.
