It's not Clinton, and it's not Bush. People in these crowds need to read a history book. Harrison is a good choice, one I haven't seen mentioned is the ubiquitous Millard Fillmore.

Garfield died before he could. McKinley did too. But in terms of presidents who lived through their terms, the best example is probably Buchanan, who allowed 7 states to secede and provided little if anything to the office or the country.

James Buchanan.
He did nothing as the south started to succeed from the union, he wanted to leave it up to the next president, Lincoln, to fix. While he was doing this, his Secretary of War was having arms and ammunition moved to the south and stored in depots with very little security or manned by southern militias.

William Jefferson Clinton!!!
1. Didn't enforce the UN resolutions against Saddam!
2. Didn't fight terrorism even though we were attacked a dozen times during his administration starting with the FIRST WTC bombing in 93.
3. He was offered Osama by other governments several times and did nothing.
4. He had multiple chances to kill Osama and did nothing!
5. His promoters will say he helped the economy. LOL it was actually the .com boom and silicone valley the made the economy take off.
However he was Impeached!!!

Probably William Henry Harrison. He died 29 days after taking the oath of office.

Harrison. Not only did he die within a month of taking office but it was a result of an illness he contracted during his inagural that was in frigid wet weather that left him bedridden from the get go.
