How Selfish.
Think About Someone Apart From Yourself.
Are Their Others In Your Group?
They Probably LIke Her

I would be honest and just tell her the truth why lie to her and pretend to be her friend when you guys don't even want her there. Just tell her that You guys think that is for the best if she just doesn't hang out with you guys becuase you guys feel weird when she's aroudn. just don't try to blame one another for not wanting her in the group because that is just going to make thing even worst. Just be honest thats the best thing i can tell you

have a sit down, where your group sits in front of her in a table, have you hands clasped together in front of you and say, "hi (so and so) why dont you have a seat over there?" make sure you are wearing a suit and tie

"during the past few weeks you have been being a friend and, filling the gap so to speak...., its just that, its not working out"

"i'm afraid were gonna have to let you go"

when they ask why say "well its just that you're too.... lame"

have your other friend in the group thank them for all the attempts at being their friend, as lame as they were

then show them to the door

It might be a good idea to get the consensus of the entire group. Perhaps you and your friend are less popular than you seem to think.

Stop being so selfish....the poor girl prolly didn't do anything to you....quit acting like such a brat and find something better to do with you time rather than pick on ppl that haven't done anything to you.

Boy this sounds like high school, or maybe even middle school.

If she isn't having fun, she'll eventually leave on her own accord.

However, it sounds to me like maybe YOU should try seeing this from her perspective ... walk a mile in her shoes ... before you start judging her.

This question alone makes you seem pretty childish.

well lets see,

try to be nice so you dont look so stuck up and conceited.

and grow up, except people for who they are. what did she ever do to you?

plus, talk to everyone else in the group first.

maybe they want you out first. I WOULDD.

That makes you sound really shallow, hope your not. Be nice if you do say something. Makes you think though . . . do other people in your 'group' think the same about u?

If this person has not been a good friend to you at all you should tell them that and say that you don't want anything to do with them anymore, period.
