I just read and answered questions on how problems arise when human-made boundaries divide Earth's resources.
The last question asks "What dispute might arise between two neighboring countries over air resources?"

I was thinking something like wind power...but I'm not sure how that'd work....could you give me some examples? Or maybe a suggestion?

wind power is good

Also there is air pollution that is made in one country but floats over to the other.

Then there is the dispute over "air space" if there is an airport close to the boundary.
