I was 7 when my Grandmother passed and I was left money in her will. I was supposed to get it at 18, the person in charge of disbursement tried to swindle me, I have never gotten the money to date, I'm now 23. What should I do? Is there some kind of limitation?

Go back to thr probate court and ask them what your next step is to file charges against the executor for not funding the inheritance

Yep, I agree with wizjp. You can file charges against the executor. First get a copy of the Will or Trust. Then you need to go through Probate Litigation. Good Luck...

Sue the person for the money. If it is for less than $5000 you should be able to do it in small claims court. Make sure you get a copy of the will.

File a law suite against them for that amount plus legal fees. Talk to a lawyer about getting started. They may settle rather than get sued.
