Certainly not, it is impossible as for something to get into the bone it would have to enter the circulatory system and sperm does not do that because if it did women would never get pregnant.

No, whether thru oral, anal, or vaginal sex sperm ejaculated into a woman cannot go into her bone marrow.

I suppose if someone ejaculated into open bone ... sure.
However, this won't happen with a healthy woman.
It is virtually unheard of that the sperm even gets into the peritoneum.

Any unused sperm is absorbed by the female.. Not likely it will go anywhere else.
