Well I'm not from the UK, but I am white, and actually have some Indian friends, so I don't understand either.
What I do know on the subject is:
1. England is a very small country but has a HUGE amount of immigrants.
2. England has always had high unemployment, and a great many of the English natives resent the continuing presence of immigrants taking their jobs. Even though you were born there, I guarantee you they see you as an immigrant.
The US (where I'm at) has a similar situation with immigrants (largely the illegal ones) from Mexico & Central America, and it has become a very divided issue in our country with many people being very much against the immigrants being here.
I would think that is likely the same reality with you, especially if you are finding that with people who don't even know you.

As a white English guy this is my interpretation on why there is so much hate towards the Indians and the Pakistanis Basically it's because there's just loads of them all emigrating to our country and not working and taking advantage of the welfare state and the NHS and abusing it. They come in, don't work, cause crime, and live off the taxpayers money and don't pay their way. Also they all build loads of mosques (which is okay to a certain extent but the amount you see around now is ridiculous) which is built with the taxpayers money again for people who don't pay their way. Some of them don't bother even learning English, which is ridiculous because if you move to a country that speaks English, then surely you should Learn the language? And last but not least, they build schools especially for Muslims which is stupid because its not a Muslim country...and the state schools are crawling with them. For example the school down the road from my house is about 80% Pakistani/Indian and 20% English. I'm not saying that ALL Pakistani/Indian people are doing this but there is still quite a few of them who do, however these people are in the minority. And it's the minority who shows up the rest of the Pakistani/Indians

I am white English and I dont hate you. I happen to think Indian women can look really beautiful, I love their dark eyes, lovely skin and their clothes are so feminine and pretty. If I look longer than is polite to, sometimes I cant help myself, it is admiration. I have never known an Indian be rude or abusive to me. I think the world is just totally messed up, the majority enjoy being horrible to the people of the world full stop. It isnt about whether someone is Indian or not. Sometimes its only about "what you looking at?" and a fight is started. Please dont think all white English hate you because that is so not true.

Heyyyyy...I think your're very wrong to say this. Im of Indian origin too and born here in England and alllll my friends are mainly English too...the only time ive ever encountered racial hatred was when growing up and in my childhood in the 1970's. Not everyones like this, so I cannot understand why you say ALLLL white people hate you. Just because maybe??...you get that from one or two, people are not the same.
Anyways..im just wondering how it came about for them to be provoked into calling you names which upset you???

Are you sure you're not being paranoid here, plus just a little bit prejudiced? I'm willing to bet most of them don't care enough to hate you. A few ignorant people might call you racist names but don't tarnish the rest of us with the same brush. I'm half English, I knew lots of Indian people at uni and didn't hate any of them. I found a couple of them annoying but that was nothing to do with them being Indian, it was because they were irritating people.
Give people a chance, not everyone is racist.

First of all not all white people hate you!
Second, white people who hate indians, hate all indians,, NOT JUST YOU! I highly doubt that they hate you. I think that they are bieng racial towards indians in general.
I live in an area where there is a huge population of indians. Most everyone of them are not bad. Most are actually very kind and curtious but there are some that came to this country thinking they didn't have to follow our rules and it's when they don't follow the rules is when they are critisized for bieng of indian desent.

They don't.
I'm White British (Welsh not Engish) and I love India. I studied classical Indian music and Bharatanatyam for years. Most of my best friends are Indian and I have been to India. Its a beautiful country and I feel very close to Indian culture, even though I'm not Indian myself.
Sorry to hear that you've been on the receiving end of the prejudice of a nasty little minority but we're not all like that.

If my wife and I go out for a meal, we would rather visit an Indian restaurant than an English one. Do you know why, because they pull out our seats, they wipe the plates clean before our eyes, they are polite and courteous, the food is always first class and finally, they always ask if everything is to our satisfaction. You don't get this respect in any English restaurant so I avoid the English and love the Indians. So, don't tar us all with the same brush, we need to live along side each other without racist remarks like this.

In view of what you are saying, why do people move away from their original countries and move to countries who would treat them racially? Why not stay home and be with the same of people. My motto is; I will not be where I am not welcomed.

I think you have a paranoia problem. My brother in law and his family are from India. I don't hate them, they are my family. They all have good jobs and nice homes, and have been here since the early 60's. What I do hate is muslims / illegal immegrants coming over here and sponging from us. No wonder half of the British are living in poverty.
