You can repeat Palov's experiments on dogs to prove the Conditioning or Palov Response: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classical_conditioning

For the experiment itself he rang a bell and feed his dogs then after a while he just rang the bell; and the dogs salivated; expecting to be feed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classical_conditioning#Pavlov.27s_experiment).

Then you can do a report on the life of Pavlov: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivan_Pavlov
and discuss what effect his discoveries have had on our understanding of psychology.

You can also discuss the types of conditioning:
2.1 Forward Conditioning
2.2 Simultaneous Conditioning
2.3 Backward Conditioning
2.4 Temporal Conditioning
2.5 Unpaired Conditioning

Other wise an experiment on the price of dog food to the amount of feces produced could be used to show that cheaper dog food has more fillers, which would act like fiber of the dog.
