Right now I do not have any money in my account. I have utility bills to pay that are late, a car payment, student loan payment and unfortunately I have fallen into the PayDay Advance Trap and I have a few of those due next week. I am in need of about $2000. I have been declined for a personal signture loan. What can I do or is there someone out there that could help me out? Please help.

You want help? Stop borrowing. No matter what do not borrow any more money. Borrowing money to pay interest is a sure way to get where you are or dig dipper.
Stop spending on non essentials. Call your creditors and explain the situation and tell them you will be late a couple of weeks. Stop spending money. If you are hungry, go eat at your parents' (girlfriend's, boyfriend's or everyday another friend's) house. Stop buying cigarettes, coffee. If you are driving to work, see if there are cheaper alternatives, i.e. public transportation, car pooling etc.
Disconnect high speed Internet, disconnect TV cable. Keep disconnecting and canceling services, until you realize that you make more money than you spend. I know, this sounds tough, but desperate situation calls for desperate measures, but these measures are not even desperate.
Stop eating out completely, buy raw food and cook at home, do not even buy canned food as that is more expensive.
Do you have cell phone and also home telephone? See which one you can disconnect. When you get your next paycheck, use majority of the money to pay to most expensive debts first. I suspect those are the payday loans. Try not to be more than 29 days late. Under 30 days late is not reported to credit bureau as late.
Good luck, you will be fine, it will take hard work and patience.

"It is impossible to solve our financial problems with money." Phil Laut (Lecturer, Writer, Financial Advisor)

Bob Proctor adds... "Money will only give our financial problems temporary relief."

You can find more help here:
"The ownership of money and property comes as a result
of doing things in a certain way. Those who do things in this
certain way, whether on purpose or accidentally, get rich.

Those who do not do things in this certain way, no matter
how hard they work or how able they are, remain poor."

"It is a natural law that like causes always produce like effects. Therefore, any man or woman who learns to do things in this certain way will infallibly get rich."

Wallace D. Wattles
The Science of Getting Rich, Chapter 2

StanTheMan adds: "Our degree of financial freedom is precisely equal to our degree of personal responsibility".

My philosophy is this: Giving you a fish will feed you for a day. Teaching you how to fish will feed you for life. You teaching others and your children how to fish will end the world hunger.

The same applies for money. The reason your signature loan was declined is that the lender does not believe you can manage your money hence you will not be capable to fulfil your obligation to pay back.

The choice is yours! Are you ready to change?

Try credit counseling through Job/Church. Steer clear of the hucksters on TV. Spending less than you make in future (lesson I'm still learning) helps later on.
Good luck. Call you creditors and admit you're problems, they might be able to schedule payments you can handle until you're back on your feet (this is what credit counselors will do, but maybe you can save by cutting out middleman)

I would look to Consumer Credit Counseling services. You need to figure out a budget in order to pay all of your bills and get the pay day advances paid off.

all i can say is call the people you owe and tell them about your situation. They will usually waive when you have to pay or how much. I am sorry about your situation, I am broke to man. Good luck.
