Is something going on behind the scenes in Vegas that's not kosher ?

Las Vegas doean't have a district attorney. That city has a city attorney. The one prosecuting the case of People versus Orenthal J. Simpson, et. al. is the Clark County District Attorney. David Roger, the current D.A., is a very competent prosecutor with a few high-profile convictions under his belt. And he's not going to do anything which gives the defense grounds for filing a motion on appeal for reversible error if Mister Simpson is convicted.
