Yes. Whether it was intentional or not, I don't know. I do know that he had a history of pulling guns and pointing them at women. Either way, he killed someone.

Yes, I do think he killed her but not intentionally. I think he stuck the gun in her mouth intending to scare her but it went off and killed her. He does have a long history of unstable behavior and a fascination for guns. He also doesn't hold women in high regard and it looks like he couldn't deal with her rejecting him so he threatened her with the gun.

Don't know if he's guilty or not. I wasn't there, but he has a long-standing reputation for erratic behavior. I think he'll probably spend the rest of his life in a psychiatric hospital.
