I was looking at Maxtor 1TB Network storage but read really bad reviews. How's Netgear storage central SC101T where you can add internal drives in the bay provided. I would appreciate any comments from the real user. We have 4 pcs at home and it is a pain to carry data from one PC To another on memory sticks/flash drives all the time. KIndly reply. ANy other solution besides SC101T?

I would take one of your spare PC that has network access and load Fedora 6 on it. The stuff as much hard disk storage I could behind that system and just leave it on all the time.

Cheap man's network storage.
