Your question is too vague. Each vehicle is different, some can be repaired/re-cored if it is completely metal by a radiator shop. If it is partially plastic or carbon fiber, you will need to buy a new one. You can price it on: http://www.partsamerica.com; http://www.autoparts.com or on eBay. The labor cost is also depended on how hard to remove the radiator core. It can be as little as $75 to few hundreds.
Don't forget to replace your radiator and heater hoses. Take the time to flush the engine block. If you drive an automatic, it may as well to change/flush the transmission fluid. Change your radiator fluid to 5 years/100,000 miles for about $5 more per gallon. The radiator fluid is red, just like the stuff came out from the factory. It is available in most auto parts store.
