Or will it actually seal it?

Wax based products are not recommended for tile floors as they cause a buildup on the tile and the grout. When your tile was installed, the grout should have been sealed at the time. Further sealing is not necessary.

A Swiffer wet jet mop system will work very well for tile floors without leaving unnecessary residue that can dull your tile floor.

Your grout should be sealed already but absolutely don't use anything that has a wax in it. Tiles can't handle wax. Use a basic natural PH cleaner with water. Your tiles will keep their shine and you won't be gooping up the grout.

Absolutely do not use those on your tile floor. The only thing you should use is Pine Sol. If you go to a Home Depot or whatever you have, ask for grout sealer. There is a spray you can use to seal grout.

This comes straight from my tile guy!!

You have to seal the grout yourself. I'd do it now before you spill something and stain it. Ask the professionals at the store about the grout sealant and the cleaning products.

i could rather prefer to objective the steam mop myself - feels like it works great! i take advantage of the swiffer mop with a hand towel folded over and tucked interior the tabs fairly of the high priced pads you purchase to bypass with it. I spray window purifier on my linoleum flooring liberally and then scrub with that swiffer + towel mixture. Glass purifier does a great interest and leaves the completed seem very sparkling....solid for degreasing a kitchen floor and works great on a spill. whilst wanting a sparkling floor - unfold and refold the towel to the sparkling part and end the interest. it is all that it takes and no cumbersome mop to maintain wetting and wringing.
