FACT McCanns neglected their BABIES on a regular basis?

WHY are there no charges brought in against them.
I always believed that crime should be punished. I also thought that the long arm of the law prevails. I also thought that justice was the same, regardless of class. WHY have these vermin not been charged and brought to justice? They are self confessed child neglectors. UNTIL the authoraties step in and do something about this crime, there will be unrest, debates and arguments. The Portuguese police know exactly what happened, but their hands are tied.....POLITICAL

They have had Social Services to their home, but they refused to comment why. If nothing else, they are certainly guilty of child neglect, if only on one occasion. As they know now, once is plenty enough What baffles me is that the McCanns and their family still can't see that they've done anything wrong. Recently, Kate said that it wasn't a crime. So much for doctors knowing the law, because it is a crime to leave a child alone if the child is under the age of 14. She should know that, because as a GP she will have to have reported cases of neglect to Social Services, so she should be aware of all the legislation surrounding leaving children unattended. I have to say that I think it is ridiculous that nothing has been done about it though, because you could bet your house that if this was an unemployed couple in Butlins, those children would be on the adoption register right now, and those parents charged over their child's disappearance. Isn't the class system wonderful?

I know this question is a bit of a troll, and yet I find myself strangely drawn...

If a woman who knows the family dog is not safe around people gets taken to court because she allowed the dog to be around young children and subsequently maul a child to death, why can't parents who leave their children unattended be brought to task in the same way?

This whole situation can only continue to undermine family values, sending the message that there are seemingly no repercussions for neglectful parenting to the borderline inadequate parents.

I will not be drawn on the subject of their direct involvement in her disappearance (whether they deliberately or accidentally killed her) until we have evidence either way, but I know as a parent that I would not have been far enough away to not have had some idea what had gone on.

They have been investigated under section 7 of the Children's Act 1989 by Leicestershire social services after a Child Protection Committee conference chaired by the Child protection register,,,,they have also been asked to be looked at by the N.S.P.C.C.

Whatever happened to our country when there was a time (in my lifetime) that money, power and political influence would not save you from justice? And why go for defence lawyers that represent allegedly well known criminals? I think that whatever their behaviour has been in the past it is currently very suspicious indeed. When are they going to insist that Robert Murat is given this sort of help? After all, if the PJ are trying to frame them, why not Robert Murat as well. That doesn't seem to work for them though.

Madeliene parents are not guilty of neglect for leaving their children sleeping while they were having dinner. This is why they wont be charged with neglect. Everyone leaves their children while they hang the washing out or put stuff in the bin 1 minute 3 minutes maybe talikng over the fence to a neighbour while the baby is in its cot.
This will make us all more careful. I have done it, quick, phone social services, oh wait, I am social services, is that my phone I hear ringing???. I doubt they are guilty of anything but I dont know. thats just what I think.
I also think any parent who says they never left their child for a few minutes is a liar

Absolutely. It sickens me that team McCann now has the advantage of being able to leak their propaganda to the press fooling gulible people into believing their lies, while the police cannot show the mountain of evidence collected against them. They know how to take full advantage of every situation.

from kates mother, she stated that the children had been left alone on a previous holiday in greece, and that nothing had happened there!!! nobody put words into her mouth...!

and from kate and gerry themselves, they said someone knew thier routine, about leaving the kiddies in bed while they went out to eat.. so neglectful for at least those 2holidays!!!
