Your PC is small form factor type. This are the issues:
1. It has a 2X AGP slot. That means old graphics card that uses 3.3V signaling. Find an old 2X AGP card or a universal AGP card that can use 3.3V or 1.5V signaling. Current 4X/8X AGP cards use 1.5V signaling.
2. Graphics card size. Regular cards might not fit. Low profile cards would probably fit.
3. Power supply. Current power supply might be stressed if you add a graphics card that draws 20 watts or more.
It could be a cumbersome upgrade.

If it has an AGP slot, then yes it can be upgraded. There are a couple of good AGP video cards, most notably the nvidia 7800 gs, the 7600 gs and the 7600 gt.

p.s. Im a fan of Nvidia

yes, as long as its a PCI-Express Card, or an AGP Card that goes into either the PCI-Express slot or AGP slot.
DO NOT GET A GRAPHICS CARD THAT USES PCI!!!!, PCI-Express is okay.
