it says graph each equation. The domain is R. what does htis mean? how do i do it?

The domain R is the set of all real numbers. They want you to graph the equation y=2x+1 on graph paper so that you can see it's a straight line. Make up a table of (x, y) values be taking a number for x (any old number you want that will fit on your fraph paper), plugging it in for the x in the equation, and getting a y value back. Ths will give you an (x, y) point on the graph. Find 4 or 5 of them, plot them on the graph paper, draw a straight line through them, and your done.

It just means that your x's can be any real number....
