I had to return my hair straightener so I had UPS go and ship it back to the company. And I have no clue when I'm going to get my new hair straightener. The company said that it would take 5-6 days. But I shipped it to them 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't received anything back yet. Am I supposed to go to the UPS store and pick it up? Or call and ask if they have my package?

I checked online and it says that the company received my hair straightener but it doesn't say anything about them sending mine back.

Call customer service of the company you bought the product for, they'll be able to tell you whether or not they've processed your request and if it's been shipped yet. It should still be delivered to your house. Also, when they send out the new one it will be a totally different tracking #.

On the UPS site it would only show that particular shipment from the tracking number you keyed in. If they shipped you a replacement, it'll have a different tracking number. Call the company and ask.

Call the company and ask when they're going to return your hair straightner, they probably threw it away and will send you a new one. Call to find out the status.

it looks like it was delivered. the companey probly did not require signiture confermation and it was left on ur door step. if it was inshured u can probly get ur money back. you shoudnt have to go th the ups store tho

Maybe they refunded the payment to your credit card or bank account.

WELL GURL ALL I CAN SAY IS CALL THE COMPANY AND TELL THEM THAT THEY HAVE YOUR HAIRSTRIGHNER OR CALL UPS AND THEY CAN TELL YOU WHERE THEY SENT THE HAIR STRIGHNER AND HOW MUCH DID IT COST?????????
