I want to teach someone and we have to see each other's screen(monitor) and also we want see each other's face and have a voice chat

For free, you could use Yahoo IM with voice and webcam to take care of the communication channel.

As for the screen, look into VNC. There are a bunch of different version of VNC...find the best one for you.

Webex is great but costs money. I don't know about the others.

I know you can use NetMeeting to share each others screens. You could also use CrossLoop...a new program that doesn't require any ports to be forwarded on a router (which NetMeeting does).

As for the webcam feature, you could use Yahoo! Messenger and start a Video Chat.

There is a decent chance you already have netmeeting if you have Windows. It is not necessarily the #1 tool, but you might already have it and you can share applications. You can choose which ones to share, so you can have things running that you don't want them to see.

"IM" with webcam seems to be the choice. If you are able to move your cam you will be able to view the screen.
