Since we don't know exactly where the Garden of Eden is located, we must assume that it contains only naturally occurring fruits and vegetables. We can assume that "Thou shalt not kill" is a law of the region, so fruits, nuts, vegetables and grains are probably the only permitted consumable foods. God provides for all necessities, so there will be foods which contain the necessary amino acids we cannot manufacture within us. But remember, the tree of knowledge of good and evil is also located there, and there is no reason to believe that it will be pointed out. (There is no place where it says the fruit was an apple, except in interpretations of Genesis.)

If you are referring to the Garden of Eden that Adam and Eve lived in, I would eat only what God told me I could eat. Also, I wouldn't be conned by some snake living in a tree. I would simply tell it that God said I could not eat of that tree & I will obey Him.
Also I would never trust that snake again because any one/thing that tries to get me to do what God forbade me to do is evil.
If you mean what will I eat in Paradise, Heaven, well, I don't think I will need to eat anything. We will not be in bodily form, so we will not need food to sustain us. All will be perfect.
But, back in the Garden of Eden, they were in bodily form and, thus, needed to eat. If I were there, as I said, I would eat only what God allowed me to eat. I imagine it would include meat, too.
Our bodies require the proteins and vitamins that come in meats. If I were to remain a vegetarian, I know that God would provide me the appropriate foods needed to sustain my body.
And, most importantly, I would obey Him. I would stay from anyone/thing that tried to sway me from God's plan for me.
Just like I do now, in life.
I would love to live in the Garden of Eden — what a perfect life that would be.

I think that since it is a garden all that would be there is fruit and vegetables.
Aside from maybe rabbits or something, and since it is a garden it has no super market so I am not going to kill something butcher it myself then eat it, I would lose my appetite far before it ever reached the fire! lol

Well, it would be fruit and vegetables because that was told to Adam and Eve by God that they could only eat and on that time I don't think they were even thinking of eating meat... Good question...

I'd have mongooses roaming the garden to kill the snakes and never eat anything my wife brings me.
