which is the best cream or lotion , cetaphil or jergens all purpose cream.?

my skin is very sensitive and i want my skin to be soft glowing with fairness.iam in USA,pls suggest me.

umm... i would say lotion. but jergens is the best cream and lotion is for your hand and makes it smell good to! and i would say u can use it for when ur on the go! so my suggestion is lotion! good luck.

Palmers cocoa butter or shea butter lotion. You can buy it anywhere they sell lotion.
