Good relationships are built on mutual understanding!
Some of the most important ingredients are :
common interests, respect, love and the desire to share all that life has to offer - the good and the bad.
When one meets that special person who is willing and able to commit to a life long relationship with us it is a special moment in our life. That is why it is celebrated and has ceremonies surrounding it in every corner of the globe.

I can't imagine marrying again. My husband and I really loved each other. I would have done anything for him. We were young and stupid and both made stupid mistakes but I would have stuck by him no matter what until he made a mockery of our vows and humiliated me to the point that I had no choice but to divorce him. If we couldn't make it with the love we once had, I am afraid that I never can make it.

I'd marry another woman and start a foundation with her if my wife and her got along. We could use the extra income and the whole world could appreciate a little more love in the air.
EDIT: Judging by the thumbs downs, the world does NOT appreciate more love in the air.

love, having the same ideas about the future, same morals,values,etc..it would have to do with love and knowing that this person is right for you because of how they treat you,how they show respect, as well as knowing that you and the other person would want to fall asleep next to each other and wake up next to each other which would be a good feeling..it has to do with committment, what two people have in common,if you are happy with that person and what he or she are willing to bring to the relationship as well as what sacrifices to make..you want to marry someone that you want to compromise with..i for one when i get married am not converting to my husband's religion ..

Nothing can "make" me... I wanted to get married (in general) because in the long run I enjoy the companionship of one special person. And I wanted to marry my husband specifically because we are very compatible, and it feels right to be with him.

Nothing, accept the hand of fate and my willingness to put selfishness and fear aside, would "make" me marry.

A sense of security, love, stability and lots of fun, and great communication. This is my second marriage, and I found all of this, this time.

Hrm... Nothing. I'm not really into the emotional lovey-dovey stuff. I find people who want my acceptance annoying, worse than mosquitoes.
