Today is Friday Night, and my dinner to be cooked is Pork Sorpotel ( this is a mabgalorean /goan dish) along with some good pancakes.

I would make tacos actually but we are out of shredded cheese at the moment. So we will be having Basa Fish, and Broccoli.

I am cleaning out all he closets in my house and doubt I will be finished in time to make a big dinner. I was thinking either chili dogs or BLT's, my kids are huge bacon eaters so Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato sandwiches are a big hit in my house
