The democrats as well as the republicans and any other party you could name has a responsibility as the representatives of the American people to not only re investigate 9/11 investigate and if necessary prosecute for many of the unconstitutional things that they may have done since the attack on the world trade centers. We as American citizens have a duty too. It is simply to pay attention to what they're doing both "for us" and in our names. We would also be wise in speaking out when we disagree with them and in holding our leaders accountable for their actions when they cross the line. Just as we do with the average person.

If we did not hold a thief or someone who was embezzling from a business what would happen? They would simply see that there is only gain and no consequences to ripping people off and they would continue to do it.

Government officials will only get away with as much as they are aloud to get away with and if we let them go too far and get away with too much then we only have ourselves to blame with any negative results.

we are so defective, misinformed, and under-pronounced approximately maximum of issues politically talking, and 9/11 serves as suitable working occasion. No, they should not be tried for dereliction of duty. Dereliction of responsibilities is a planned and direct avoidance of one's universal jobs - this isn't precisely what exceeded off here. remember, too, that throughout advance of 9/11 we've been a very naive and decadent u . s . a . (we nonetheless are, rather). you would be stressful pressed to cajole me that any one in means might have reacted in any different case at that element. at present, actual, yet then? No.

You guys and that ridiculous crap about the 8/6 PDB just annoy the hell out of me. The thing said nothing other than what had been known for years, that Al Qaeda wanted to do something, and that they were considering hijacking a plane to gain the freedom of the blind sheikh. Nothing about running planes into buildings and nothing about an active, imminent threat.

C'mon....first off I'm not a Bush fan....but the events that happened that day had been planned for years without detection (Under a previous president by the way). He was only office a little over 8 months. The american Intelligence apparatus missed the boat on this one.
