I can understand the shower, but hiding the underclothes, there is something he has to hide if that is the case. The calling you a name was to make sure you did not want to have any sex because he knew he could not get it up again and did not want to have to explain why.

The next time he comes home at 4 a.m. and gets in the shower have a bag already packed and leave. Then he can swear on himself for his stupidity.

Sounds like you have plenty of time to pack bags and leave by the time he gets back with his dirty underwear.
Maybe he craps on himself and is afraid you will make fun of him.
Seriously I wouldn't put up with that crap. You should buy him a six pack and let him sleep with that instead while you go find someone who treats you with respect.
