you are able to hold the babies top away! The mothers are actually not protecting in any respect and could no longer care in case you're taking their babies! My guinea pig, LuLu actually replaced into working faraway from the runt of the clutter while he began chasing her no longer even 5 minutes after he replaced into born, around the cage! by using fact the babies are totally developed with eyes open via the time they're born, that is larger to hold them at a youthful age so as that they'd substitute into tamed

They certainly don't FLY, in the traditional sense....but when guinea pigs are young, they DO hop and JUMP around quite alot (much like popcorn). That is the extent of it, but they DO grow out of the phase as well.

Yes. Yes they can.
But you have to be careful with them. Don't give them flying space after they hit 5 weeks; they begin to lose the ability at around 6/7 weeks and we wouldn't like any nasty accidents. I have seen a few flying hutches for them, they're basically just really big cages or runs (as you'd have for a rabbit) depending on where you decide to keep them (inside or outside).
Good luck with them, keep us updated!

If you throw them hard enough and get the proper amount of lift, they will fly......for a few seconds, anyways.
