I don't mean what they are and how they are so unreacive, i mean why did someone decide to call them noble gases???

Because they were unreactive. They "kept away from others." Unreactive metals like gold and platinum are also called noble metals, also because they are so valuable.

noble gases are all the gases in the last column on the periodic table of elements. they are unreactive because their outer electron shell is full, so they are stable and do not need to take or release other electrons to become stable. they are called the noble gases because they do not need to combine with other elements to become stable, they are just fine on their own (which i guess could be linked to nobility not needing to rely on anyone else). hope that helps. :)

Their classification as "noble gases" comes from a long standing, although incorrect by modern standards, belief that they would not react with other elements in order to form stable compounds. For many years now, this property has been proven to be incorrect. Krypton, for instance, can form several compounds that are stable at normal room temperature.

The noble gasses have filled all their valence electrons- that is to say that Helium for example, has 2 electrons, and there are only 2 spots in the first level. Since they seek no electons, they really wouldn't bond to anything easily

These gases do not interact with with any of the common chemicals, due to their nobility.
