i think you should ask her how long shes gonna be single and see her respond. that'll get your answer. if she says im trying to see where things go, then just wait. if she says im looking for a good guy, then forget that chick! lol

hmmm....sounds like you are just friends.i know some people who kiss their parents,grandparents,friends,etc on the mouth.do they makeout??if not then you are just friends.and no...they guy shouldn't ask her out unless he's CERTAIN that she has feelings for him too.
