All joking aside, you see the start icon on the bottom left? Click it, then click log off, then click turn off. Stay strong and watch as the computer powers down. Ok...screen is turning blue, oh my goodness, fight it, fight it....aaaahhh, computer off. Now go watch some TV.

Is this physical or virtual ? Unless its a laptop, pull out the power cord and run to the tv room.
