i want to play F.E.A.R but my laptop dosent complete the requirements it says i need a video card .

What you want is SO EASY to do anytime on a desktop PC but impossible on most laptops. Sorry but it really looks like your laptop was never intended for games

Most laptops are closed systems and they typically do not include a high performance video card. There is no way, like in a desktop to add other vendors cards.

no. video cards are built into the motherboard. Using a vidoe card through USB or pcmcia will be way too slow.
