I think it would be better. For a prime example, early this morning, I answered a question that evidently was form the UK or some such place, only I didn't know it at the time I saw the question. I thought it was a "fun" question asked like so many on here, ONLY it turns out that it was a question that ONLY those people from there would know anything about. I went back to check on the question after I answered it, only to see that I was given a thumbs down for my answer. That was just plain RUDE for them to do that! MAYBE before they ask such a quesation, they need to CLARIFY that only UK people should answer it, sooner than gives a thumbs down to someone for taking the time to answer their question.

I love the American answers as well as Brits...I love hearing the different views of different Country's. Also Americans ask about TVshows and i just dont click onto the question..It doesn't matter about the points.. I think its the chat that draws us all. Also a lot of answers are very funny and i sit here in fits of laughter..

What would be the point, wouldn't that just open Answers up to racists to target peeps!
I think you can tell who are the Brits or Americans anyway by the way they answer(sos for the rest of the world) but the rest of the English speaking world are diff but is it relevent?

seems you would like to put all in some category. The more you travel and the more people you meet, the more you will realise people from all over the world have the same hopes and fears. So keep travelling and leave your boxes for the greengrocer and his or her ilk.

I believe so. It helps to understand prospective and rational. As much as we all feel that we are free thinkers , we are also a product of our culture.
For me, I would be tougher on people from my own environment in some cases and give allowance to those not. I would try to see their point of view.

Coming from an armed Spartan I guess I'd have to wonder about your motive for asking a question like that. As for me,I,uh,live in um like, Belize. Yeah, that's it. Belize. So if you go attacking Belize I guess those folks up in NYS can just thank their lucky stars it wasn't them. Ahem.

No I don't think so, sometimes I'm curious where some of the people are from, cause some people on here seem to think like me and I think we would have fun hanging out.

It wouldn't make any better, but it would be OK to see where other people are from.
Are you going to make Yahoo change this?

I've been saying saying this for months, the problem arises when all the different sites merge into one even though you have logged on to a particular site, eg "UK and Ireland answers"
