Medium house, I think.
3 bedrooms - not over large. Never seems to be enough room in this house!

A little bigger than average. We could do better but we're attached to the neighborhood and anyway this where the kids have lived all their lives. Plus,the neighborhood raccoon would get upset if we moved since we're the only ones who put out scraps for it,although I admit that is partly just a bribe to keep it out of the garbage. But when the kids are old enough to drive (scary thought,that) I personally want a place in the country. This is a 3-bedroom in an upscale neighborhood with a really excellent school and super-nice playgrounds.

I live in an apartment 2 people used to live in a 4 bedroom house with 2 people that was alot better.

Well I'll put it like this: During our first year in my house`. I've thought of moving all my belongings up to the attic !! It would make a nN'i'cCc``e`` sized apartment !! & the way it's situated is just sOo BOSS !! btw we had our home modified so it would have the feel of three apartments !! & yes the attic is now being rented!! Or occupied rather !!!"I'd like to do some things to the basement !!& or make it liv`a'ble

I have a little house, and I need a smaller one, now I have a 6 room cape and I don't even use the two rooms upstairs, nor do I feel I need a basement. I wish I had gotten a 4 room ranch; and I wish I had less land too!

As a Long Term Single Parent (and a female that has EARNED Everything she has in life) ... I worked very hard and raised MY Two Disabled Children in a Large Home (5 bedrooms) ... and ...
NOW that I'm an Empty-Nesting Single Retiree I am in TRANSITION .. and the house is just not for me anymore. I'm selling my home and going to downsize .....
