noodles?? Like Scooby Doo and Dora the Exlporer or Spongebob?? I like mine with elbow macaronis...Spirals work, too, but I don't care for the cartoon ones.

Awww, man, you left out Velveeta's Shell & Cheese, the ultimate "mac" daddy(pun obviously intended).
But for those of us who cannot treat themselves to such luxury every day, I'd have to say elbow because I was raised on it & I think the tubular shape holds more cheese than spirals.
I don't care for cartoon shapes in my food.They don't represent a very good likeness of the actual character & seems rather pointless.
