He quit as the Chelsea manager because 'he couldn't make an omlette with bad eggs' after their 1-1 draw with Rosenborg in their opening Champions League game on Tuesday night

A statement on the Chelsea website confirmed: "Chelsea Football Club and Jose Mourinho have agreed to part company today (Thursday) by mutual consent."

I am really upset! Mourinho was a great character and will be sorely missed. He was such a good manager.

What do you think?

Chelsea fan forever!

Hmm. I'm not upset about it, in fact I've felt since the beginning of the season that he would be leaving soon. It's just time for Chelsea to move on.

Of course, this is just my opinion as an outside observer, since I'm not a Blues fan..

Yeah... that was a stupid decision. Abramovich should have kept his extra money to buy another club rather than kept nagging Mourinho. Poor Jose.

i think of they have made a super mistake. roman abromovich has spat his dummy out stable and proper! particular chelsea have a good squad yet with out suitable type supervisor-alongside with mourinho-they won't attain their finished means. the squad know mourinho and that's unusual. if i grow to be in abromovich's place i wouldn't in any respect permit a supervisor of mourinho's calibre bypass away. he's helpful...and unquestionably the particular one! -no longer a chelsea fan, i help blackburn i merely think of he has been the main referred to supervisor considering brian clough and unquestionably made english soccer extra exciting
