Only to help his mental health. Men that have a vasectomy usually have a better sex life. Also they have fewer or no children. So they experience less stress in life. They tend to hold their youthful appearance longer.
Having children is not good for the mental health.

yes the main medical reason to protect the health of male by way of vasectomy is in the case where a lazy guy dont work got 5-6 kids vasectomy keeps some good old boy from shootinmg the good for nothing

I don't think it would ever be medically necessary for a man to have a vasectomy.
It may be financially and emotionally necessary...

Maybe if it was unsafe for his wife to get pregnant. But honestly I am getting mine becuse I don't want to ever pay child support.

Yes, it's esier to keep clean if you have one. If Guys without a vasectomy don't keep it clean they are more prone to infection.

The only reason I can think of is if she has an allergy to the sperm. Sperm, not semen.
