Nope. It makes me feel loved. At least they have good things to say about me!

hi, chance would be a fine thing, my mum is not around anymore, but always pulled me down, she wanted me to be a perfect size 12, i was up until she died in 1994, even though i had had 3 children, however as soon as she passed away i banged it in lol,it felt so liberating.
However i do regret it now , i went from a 12 to a size 22!.
At mo in time i a 16 but always feel unattractive, and finally my dad always calls me in front of people, saying i not a lady like my mum was.
However i have thick skin and dont give two hoots, i not sure why he like this, i help him out, never any trouble, even my kids say too him dont keep calling mum, but he has tons of money and so that keeps them sweet!

If it bothers you fairymatita, it shouldn't. You should be proud that they think so highly of you. Of course, if you wish to stop them, try bragging them up in front of your friends (or theirs) while they stand by, unable to run or hide. Turn around is fair play.

When it's my parents, YES!
You see if I got like an A+ on a quiz and my mom said "My son got an A+ on a quiz!" that would be fine... BUT, she doesn't say, "My son got an A+ on a quiz!".. She says, "My son... Has gotten... An 1,000% on his Final Exams!! He Is now going to be accepted into Harverd where he is going to find the cure to aids and cancer! My son is the greatest man alive!! 1,000,000% on all his Finals!!! By the way did you know that my son is going to be a lawyer AND a surgeon?..." I usually try to run away but just before I'm able to, everyone she was talking to runs up to me and start congratulating me for getting a "1,000,000% on my Finals"...

yes...brag being the operative word...because i wouldn't brag about myself either...if they happen to mention your achievement in the proper context (let's say your parents and the people they're talking to happen to be on a related topic)and say it to show your hard work, then that's okay

Yes.
I hate people staring at me, smiling at me, pretending to care about me,and I really don't like being the center of attention.I get so nervous that I stutter when I try to talk, My hands start to shake so I drop whatever's in my hands...It's embarassing. I'd rather sit in a dark corner where no one notices me.

I'm the mom and I try very hard not to embarrass my daughter (only child, age 19) in public -- especially in front of her own friends.

No - it's better than them badmouthing you with a crowd standing there!
My dad has done that to me before.

Yes, I feel so uncomfortable. What do I say in response to that while I'm there? "Yes, she's right, I am awesome and smart. I love myself!" Um, how about NO.
Plain and simple the answer is: YES.
