NO he can't do that! Its against the law...read up on the FLSA and share it with your boss...what a jerk!

No, he can't. If you worked, he owes you money. No labor court in the country would refuse you. What he CAN do is pay you LATE. But he cannot refuse to pay you. I'd demand payment if I were you, and find another job. Your employer sounds like a nut.

No, he still has to pay you for the day if you worked. But if you didn't hand in your timesheet on time, you might not get paid for it until the following pay period.

If you worked, then he has to pay you. But on another note, he can hold it until your next paycheck or the next time payroll is done!

do u sign out to any system or use a punch card? use that as a proof u were in.
systems capture everything & it cant lie.
