If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.
1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Good luck

Be very careful. I'm sure you are aware of the possibility of getting involved with a sleazy group. Here's what I'd do.
I'd go to my school counselor and ask for some help with an honest and forthright attitude. Most good models now have a college education, and all have professional training in poise and formal modeling. You will likely have to pay someone to teach you these skills. They aren't something you are born with, but with the right genes, you can get there.
Make sure you are participating in this for the "right" reasons and because you believe you would love the world of hard work, lousy hours, very poor pay for many years, and a terrible diet. Good luck if this is the career for you!

Put yourself out there. Contact modeling agencies (dont waste your money on the schools) make sure that you have good head shots as well as body shots (but try to avoid alot of body shots as it will put yourself into a certain "fasion") Go to a professional to get them done and be upfront with the fact of what you want to use these for.
Make sure you learn how to do runways, as alot of models are versitile so they arent just to sit there for pictures..

well you can start with a school such as John Robert Powers or Barbizon. You'll need a photo portfolio done, and of course you'll have to get an agent. If an agent wants money up front from you he is a con artist. NO legitimate agent will ask you for money, they take it from when you start earning. It's a hard field to break into and it is alot of work. But if you have the right look then you'll go far.

There are a number of models that are very tall, just don't have your picture taken next to someone. It is more important how you look in proportions, not your height. Krissy Taylor was extremely tall, but a very effective model.
