Take nothing (easy to do) and share it between as many as choose (also easy to do). Everyone will get nothing!
So 0 divided by 7 is just plain old zero.
7 divided by 0 is a different matter. It has no answer as it is a mathematical nonsense.

0. 0 divided by any number is 0, except 0 itself. thats just not possible.

0 divided by any number is 0...any number divided by zero has no solution, it equals infinity (for future reference)

The answer is zero. Anything divided by (or multiplied by) zero will ALWAYS be zero.
