Academy, that is the most ignorant thing that anyone has said on Yahoo that I have seen, but this has nothing to do with 200 years ago, I respect everyones opinion but damn come on!
Anyway, those who don't know their history is bound to repeat it.

Of course. Any time a DA goes to a school and makes racial threats against a bunch of kids...that's a problem and it needs to be addressed. Again if that had been dealt with properly, things wouldn't have escalated to where they are now.

Congress needs to stick to the basics in LA...ie, Katrina aftermath...repairing levees, you know, the stuff that needs doing! Any interference on this case from them will only be aggravation, they can hardly handle federal issues. Local and state governments, however, should be involved, and motivated to prevent such incidents as the Jena 6.
