My plan will happily cover an abortion and yet deny the simple expense of a diaphragm or any other type of birthcontrol. Where is the logic in this?

Surely this is beauracratic b/s.

I really think most insurance companies have absolutely no common sense!

Most methods of birth control are covered as a pharmaceutical benefit, not major medical. If you have a separate prescription carrier, call them. Check your benefit book, it may have more information for you.
