I don't do "feelings." At least, not to listen to them too much.
It wasn't til I was about fifteen that I decided that everyone around me *weren't* robots or some other life form different from me. On the basis of their observed thought patterns and behaviour this was a reasonable conclusion.
It remains so, but the basis for the alienatiion has rather shifted. It now appears that only about one person in 400 sees the world like I do. Hmm.
Now that explains a great deal.

I thought of robots early this morning, when I got up and everything on me either creaked or wouldn't quite straighten out. In other words the robotic stuff wasn't 'everyone else,' it was me!
PS. A little more movement and I'm fine now, thanks.

about 5 minutes ago. everyone is so self absorbed. And self riteous. Enough already. Folks think its a satisfying life to sit and wait for something big to happen to them, when in fact? Everything is big, everything makes a chage in our lives. unfortunately? routines are part of our lives and we need them, while we forget that today is yesterday already and tomorrow will happen no matter what. ultimately, we are in control, but most find it easier to let things happen aroun them, thus? robots.

when i was in high school. I think it is a matter of your perception. people tend to hide themselves from strangers but with time and practice you can spot the subtle tells and giveaways that show their inner selves.
