The girl I have been messing around with for the last few weeks has a very large labea. Her inner lips hang out of her out lips. Is this a sign that she has been with a lot of guys or do some girls just have bigger ones than others?

Every womens body is different. There really is not outward signs that would tell you the level of her sexual activity. Labias are like breasts and the penis, they come in all shapes and sizes. This idea of looseness is also nonsense as the vagina will expand when sexually aroused and return to normal when not. Again everyone is different, some will expand more than others.

It's normal for some girls to have the inner lips to hang below the outer lips. Mine do.
It is not any indication of her sex life or lack thereof.

Bodies differ from person to person.. You cannot base her sex life off of that. I imagine that's just the way her body is... I have a couple friends who are sisters and both of their lady parts do that.

The size of her labia has nothing to do with how many guys she has been with. All girls are different, so stop worrying and enjoy yourselves

That is normal for some girls. Sex will NOT make them bigger. That was just the way she was made.
